Property Swift provides an online platform for property ownership transfers in England and Wales. Our service is designed to simplify the transfer process, with no money changing hands and no tax advice required.

 

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal or tax advice. Instead, our role is to facilitate the preparation and submission of the necessary documentation to the Land Registry. To ensure compliance, qualified professionals review our processes, but we do not offer legal representation or conduct reserved legal activities.

 

Property Swift provides administrative support only and does not provide legal advice or act as your legal representative. You are responsible for confirming that all documents reflect your intentions before signing. 

 

3. User Accounts

 

To use our services, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or misuse our service.

 

4. Services and Process

 

Property Swift helps users complete and submit the required forms and documents to process a property transfer. Our process is fully online and includes:

 

  • Online identity verification via video call
  • Secure digital signing of documents
  • Submission to the Land Registry

We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

 

5. Fees and Payments

 

Our services are charged on a fixed-fee basis, based on the value of the property being transferred. Current pricing is available on our Pricing Page.

 

All payments are securely processed via Stripe. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

 

6. Your Responsibilities

 

You agree not to:

 

  • Use our website or services for fraudulent, illegal or abusive purposes. 
  • Misrepresent information on forms or documents.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the website or its security features.

You also confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you understand Property Swift does not assess tax implications or offer legal advice.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All content, branding, text, graphics, and software on the Property Swift website are the property of Property Swift or its licensors. You may not reuse or copy any content without prior written permission.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

 

  • Property Swift is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as the Land Registry. 
  • Our total liability in any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question. 
9. Termination

 

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services without notice if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
